He is survived by: his wife Ann McElroy; his children, Krystal Staggs (Ray) of St. Joe, MO, Tiffany Wilson (David) of Rio Rancho, NM, Nici George of Fort Dodge and Shawn George (Cassy) of Fort Dodge; and his siblings, John George of Davenport, Gary George of Manson, Mary Ellen Schultz of Moorland and Annette Huse (Bill) of Lake Park, IA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
