She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrin Douglas and Lorraine Mitsven (Lindhart); her children, Raymond and Rachel; her brother Orrin Mitsven (Skip); and her sister-in-law Diane.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Heynis II.
