He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Latta and Charlotte Latta; and his sister Christine McKenna (Mike). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Gargano; his children, Anthony Latta of Waterloo and Claire Latta of Fort Dodge; and his sister Jackie Fullenkamp (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
