He is survived by: his sons, Nathanael (Nate) and Nelson (Taylor Hagen) of Fort Dodge; his father Roger Petersen of Fort Dodge; his siblings, Allan Petersen of Fort Dodge and Pam Newkirk (Keith Peterson) of Fort Dodge; his uncle Dennis Petersen of Fort; and his pet Patches. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 2 nieces.
