He is survived by : his wife Jenny Grady; his children, Michael Douglas Richardson (Katherine) of Harrisonburg, VA, Keisha Lynn Beadle (Justin) of Fort Dodge and Marissa Denise Richardson of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Aria, Titus, Penelope, Elijah, Tzziporah, Tyson and Elias; and his sisters, Vera, Myra and Marcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laufersweiler Funeral Home (307 S 12th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Memorial (1315 10th Ave SW, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
