She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Merle Sanders and Fern Leone Sanders (Pumel); her husband John Edward Thies; and her siblings, John Sanders, Rosa Lee Ulrich, Robert Sanders, Grace Arline Wegal and Alberta Leone Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne L. Kramer (Tom) of Virginia and Roger M. Thies (Cindy) of Fort Dodge, Iowa; her grandchildren, Kelly Kramer (Adrienne), Sean Bacon (Christopher) and Megan Marie Thies; and her great grandchildren, Rhys, Gavin, Griffyn, Beckham and Londyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for their discretion.
