He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hartley and Doris Hartley (Siddle); and his siblings, Joann and Gary Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hartley (Pohl) of Fort Dodge; his children, Jessica Judson (Ben), Shelby Richman (Jake) and Cameron Hartley (Kelsey Olson); and his grandchildren, Max, Aleah, Gavin, Paiton, Ava, Riley, Adelynn, Vanessa and Aria.
