She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Evans and Helen J. Evans (Sorenson); her siblings, Terry Evans, Jody Evans, Darrell Evans and Mary Gemmel; her father-in-law Glen Lankford; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Lankford, Steve Lankford and Christy Lankford.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Lankford of Fort Dodge; her children, Lucas Lankford of Iowa City, IA and Jesse Scherff (Corey) of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Lakota and Aubriella; her siblings, Dale Klepinger of California, Le-An Hinkle of Texas, Kimberly Evans of Fort Dodge, Jerry Evans of Arizona, Chip Evans (Alicia) of Sheffield, IA, Billy Evans (Barbara) of Fort Dodge, Sheila Evans (Mick) of Fort Dodge, Eddie Pommering of Coalville, IA, Joi Ingman of McIntosh, MN and Randy Fetters of Des Moines, IA; her mother-in-law Donna Lankford of Sac City, IA; and her sisters, Sharon Potts (Robin Foote) of Fort Dodge and Linda Lankford (Bob Gibbs) of Story City, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home (923 1st Ave S, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
