He is survived by: his mother Sharon Balm; his children, Stuart Balm (Samantha Balm), Dustin Balm, Elizabeth Balm and Jonathan Balm (Arcadia Kruchten); his granddaughter Veronica; his former wife Irene McGuire; and his siblings, Mary Balm and James Balm (Amy Balm). He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
