He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Douglas and Margaret Douglas (May); his siblings, Michael Douglas and Margaret Smith; and his in-laws, Harold and Jemima Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Johnson; his children, Jane Higgs (Chris) of England, Annie Grady of Fort Dodge, Joe Douglas (Katie) of Coalville and Brady Douglas (Shannon) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Aydin Grady, Lyra Douglas, Paetyn Douglas of Fort Dodge, Lanessa, Kyla, Tristen, Toby and Iona of England; and his siblings, Trisha Wilkinson of England, Damon (Linda Davis) and Art (Rose Johnson).
