She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Peterson and Leila Peterson (Zabel); her parents-in-law, Joe B. and Shirley McMahon; and her brother Steven Peterson.
She is survived by: her husband Joe McMahon of Fort Dodge; her daughter Samantha McMahon (Chris Jessen); her granddaughter Nora Jessen of Waukee; her child Cord McMahon (Ashley Kubik) of Des Moines; her siblings, Lorraine Loux (Mike) of Eagle Grove, Roy Dean Peterson (Patty) of Duncombe, Christine Smith (Bob) of Woodward and Norine Peterson of Fort Dodge; and her pet Jules. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be left in Tammy's name to a charity of your choice.
