He is survived by: his siblings, Roxanne Urbanek of Salina, KS, Cheryl Gribble of Fort Dodge, Duane Johnson (Nancy) of Wisconsin, Tina Harrison of Fort Dodge, Colleen Castor of Fort Dodge, James Johnson of Fort Dodge and Otis Johnson (Rose) of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
