He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Catherine Pratt and Walter Kay. He is survived by: his parents, Betty Kay and Randy Kay of Fort Dodge; his sisters, Josette White (Michael) of Fort Dodge and Marcie Welter (Todd) of Fort Dodge; his nieces and nephews, Josh Praim, Zach Praim, Sammantha Welter and Lenja Szarbinowski; and his grandmother Lorraine Kay of Holstein, IA. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
