She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivyl Cummins and Goldie Cummins (Jones); her husband Donald E. "Tiny" Rockafellow; her siblings, Virginia Post, Wilbur Cummins, Lovell Cummins and Harold Cummins; and her sister-in-law Terri.

She is survived by: her daughter Monique Wickander (Jimmy) of Fort Dodge; her stepchildren, Chrystal Damm of Des Moines, Teresa Phipps (Weslie) of Pilot Mound, JD and Shane Rockafellow (Megan) of Des Moines; her siblings-in-law, Dyle Rockafellow (Edna) of Sac City and Bonnie Garvin of Oklahoma City, OK.; and also, Jay and Jenny Ort. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
