She is survived by: her husband Lee Blackwell; her daughters, Tina Parker (Derrick) of Fort Madison, Teresa Blackwell of Fort Madison and Melissa Privia of Fort Madison; her sister Diana Nickerson of Boca Raton, Florida; and her grandchildren, Donald, Paige Parker, Alexandria, Nova and Onyx. She is also survived by one aunt; numerous nieces and nephews.
