Madison; his stepchildren, Tim Milligan (Martha) of Montrose, Charles Milligan (Teresa) of St. Francisville and Tamara Schraeder (Ed) of Ft. Madison; and his caregiver Amy Swisher. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
