He was predeceased by : his parents, Cloyd George Cook Sr. and Opal Fern Cook (Camden); and his brothers, James, Lindell and Keith Cook.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Schnellbacher; his children, Andrew Cook (Heather) and Dama Heather Cook; his sisters, Claudette Gail Black, Judy Jones (Larry) and Amanda House (Daron); and his grandchildren, Cale, Adalynn, Andrew and Isabella. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
