Cynthia L. Boon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia L. Boon of Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, E. R. "Tex" Hay and Shirley Goss Hay; and her brothers, Terry, Thad, Doug and Stephen Hay.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Boon of Ft. Madison; her sons, Matthew Boon of Ft. Madison and Brian Boon (Jessie); her granddaughter Elizabeth Boon of Jewell, IA; her half-sister Stefanie Turner Williams of Iowa City; her siblings-in-law, Lori Hay, Debbie Hay and Robert Boon; and her aunts, Pat Goss and Ruth Goss. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
