He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Sutcliffe (Mary), Joe Sutcliffe (Debbie) of Ft. Madison, Teresa Sutcliffe of Mt. Pleasant and Jane Sutcliffe (Jim Lord) of Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
