She was predeceased by: her brothers, Butch and Cliff. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Freitag of Ft. Madison; her children, Del Luedtke (Brandy) of Kanawha, IA, Curtis Luedtke of Ft. Madison, Raymond Freitag of Ft. Madison, David Freitag of Ft. Madison and Mary Luedtke of Bettendorf; her sister Dana Carulli (Frank) of Arizona; and her half-siblings, Gene Pollard of Alabama, Ricky Pollard of Massachusetts and Lisa Gamble of Alabama. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
