She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Raymond and Patricia Ann Pitzer Rice; and her brothers, Darryl and Larry Rice. She is survived by: her husband Randall Dean Smith; her daughters, Stephanie Kinneer (Mathew) of Burlington and Shayna Smith (Jesse) of Fort Madison; her grandchildren, Malena (Tobin), Claytin Kinneer, Randall, Laila, Harper and Amelio Smith; and her siblings, Mike Rice of Danville, Kevin Rice of West Burlington, Darrin Rice (Mindy) of West Burlington, Laura Smith (David) of Bedford, TX, Connie Rice of Burlington, LeAnna Wagler (Gary) of Burlington, Rhonda Murphy (Alan) of Burlington and Stacy Sturdivant (William) of Burlington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
