She is survived by : her children, Penelope Jastrzab of Tucson, AZ, Philip Boylan of Fort Madison, IA and Douglas Boylan of Spokane, WA; her sons-in-law, Philip Crull of Onekama, MI and Robert Jastrzab of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Trenton Crull (Emily) of Beulah, MI, Andrea Jastrzab of Tucson, AZ, Laura Jastrzab Binney (Richard) of Llanfairfechan, Rebecca Jastrzab (Frank Juliano) of Tucson, AZ, Lucas Boylan (Cortney) of West Point, IA, Andrew Boylan, Zachary Boylan of Price, UT, Megan Luke (Conlee) of Spanish Fork, UT and Lauren Boylan of Kalispell, MT; and her great grandchildren, Audrey Jastrzab Binney, Cadence Jastrzab-Juliano, Franklin Jastrzab-Juliano, Cooper Boylan, Brody Boylan, Jordan Luke, Easton Luke and Conner Luke.
