He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edens and Ada Sommers Edens; and his granddaughter Sydney Edens. He is survived by: his wife Mary Edens of Ft. Madison; his children, Scott Edens of Lamoni, IA, Mike Edens (Leslie) of West Point and Laura Edens of Chillicothe, MO; his grandchildren, Isaac and Riley Edens of West Point; and his brother Dale Edens of Tipton, IA..
