He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Howe and Laurada Howe (Moser); his grandparents, Arthur, Ethel Howe (Brockway), George and Laura Ada Moser (York); his siblings, George Howe and Ceola Richardson; and his sister-in-law Ruth Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Judith K. Parsons; his children, Joshua Howe Eley (Samantha), Jason Howe and Jennifer Howe; his brothers, Delbert (Bonny) and Ervin; his sister-in-law Nancy; his grandchildren, Ryan (Molly), Timothy (Sabrina), Alexander, Christopher, Makenna, Mikal, Kaleb, Annabelle and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Patricia and Olivia.
