He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Bailey and Marjorie Bailey (Donald); his wife Margaret A. Fread of Winfield, IA.; his daughters, Deborah A. Bailey (Sam Strange) of Iowa and Sandra L. Smith (Greg) of Iowa; his sisters, Antoinette Morehouse (Bill) of Iowa and Tanya Cox (Don) of Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Jean Bailey of Nebraska. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
