He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph John and Geraldine Dorothy Kuhlmeier (Boeding); and his brother Jerome "Jerry" Kuhlmeier. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kuhlmeier of Fort Madison, Iowa; his daughter Deborah Wright (Sean) of West Point, Iowa; his brother Joey Kuhlmeier of Fort Madison, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Erica Wright and David Wright.
A memorial has been established, contributions may be made at the Barr Memorial Chapel, Fort Madison.
