He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Parrish of Dubuque, Iowa; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Malone of New London, Iowa, Jane Cantrell (Robin) of Longmont, Colorado, Kitty Polhans (Henry) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kim Vice (Mark) of Fort Madison, Valorie Reed (Tim) of Waverly, Iowa and Judy Parrish of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
