He is survived by: his close friend Donna Amandus; his children, Jackson Joel Don Amandus, Trent Justice (Char), Dylan Schrader (Corbyn) and Whittney Fuller (Zac); his brother Dave Amandus of Fort Dodge, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Greyson, Haizleigh, Harlynn Ann, Brennan, Callan, Birdie and Lyle.
A memorial has been established for Jack's education.
