She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Nichols and Edna Oliver Nichols; her husband James Galey; her son James Scott; and her siblings, Oliver and Madeline.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Galey of Springfield, MO and Sharman Steeples (Ken); and her granddaughters, Eva Steeples and Emily Steeples (Krista Kronstein). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for EveryStep Hospice, contributions may be sent to Barr Memorial Chapel.
