He is survived by: his parents, Greg Rose (Brandy Myers) of West Burlington and Vickie Couchman Rose (Jim) of Ft. Madison; his siblings, Austin Rose (Lexi) of San Angelo, TX and Emma Rose (Josh Fritzjunker) of Burlington; his nephew Andrew Kautzky of Perry, IA; and his grandmothers, Sharon Couchman of Burlington, Ann Hartman of Adel, GA and Kathy Myers of Burlington.
