She is survived by: her husband Bill Bernhardt of Fort Madison; her parent Misty Arp of Peoria, Illinois; her children, Makenna Bernhardt (Dawson Knipe) of Fort Madison and Wyatt Bernhardt of Fort Madison; her sister Denise Rice (Joshua) of Colorado; and her aunt Jodi McCoy (Thomas). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
