He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dean and Ruth Mylander Dean. He is survived by: his stepfather Lester Luchsinger; his former wife Sue Ayers; his wife Norma Luchsinger of Ft. Madison; his sons, James Luchsinger (Deb) of Albany, OR and Jeff Luchsinger (Jackie) of Arvada, CO; and his stepchildren, David Poland (Sandy) of Nauvoo, Carol Jerred (Roy) of Nauvoo and Marilyn Cannady (Michael) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by one grandchild; one great granddaughter, six step grandchildren and thirteen step great grandchildren.
