He is survived by: his mother Ruth Teesdale (Kinney) of Colusa, Illinois; his daughter Michelle Martin (Sheldon) of Donnellson, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mariah, Macy, Landon and Layna Martin; his nephew Terry Teesdale (Brittany) of LaHarpe; and his niece Nichole Beach of Fort Madison.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
