He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold "Butch" Blind, JoAnn Blind, Billy and Betty Vincent; and his pet Crusoe.
He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Blind and Melinda Vincent Blind of Ft. Madison; and his brothers, Seth Blind (Jamie) of Norwalk, IA and Tyler Blind (Chelsy) of Great Bend, KS. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews and one great nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
