He is survived by: his children, Dawn Hawes (Andy) of Burlington, IA and Matt Allen (Candi); his stepsons, Ryan McKenzie (Shannon) of Ft Madison and Pete McKenzie of Fort Madison; his sister Kathy Royer of Hollister, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Elicia Dopler (Ryan), Dylan Bowen (Julia), Aury Winn, Tyler McKenzie, Brody McKenzie, Misty Nolan and Brandy Bowen. He is also survived by great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
