He is survived by: his wife Rita Collins Tincher; his sister Sharon Scholl-Nabulsi (Moudy Nabulsi); his children, Cyndy Foster of Burlington, Tammy Underwood of Burlington, Scott Tincher (Amy) of Bloomington, MN., Tracy Simpson of Missouri, Kimberly Tincher Zahner of Missouri, Kelly Tincher-Westfall of Missouri and Tomi Jo Burke of Oklahoma; and his stepchildren, Chantelle Hull (Zach) and Eric Schrader (Michele) of Atlanta, GA.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
