He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Marshall and Willieada Jewel Marshall (Hines); and his siblings, Weldon Ward, Larry Marshall, Doug Marshall and Janie Mae.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Marshall of Des Moines, Iowa, Jason Crail of Fort Madison and Rhegan Marshall (Michael Hightower) of Raytown, Missouri; his sisters, Trudy Humphrey of California, Serena James of Des Moines and Tina Nickens of Kansas City, Missouri; and his nibling Lashana Marshall.
