Riggle of Fort Madison, Iowa, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Riggle and Viola Meline Riggle; his wife Margaret E. Burke Bowen; his stepson Mike Bowen; and his sisters, Marilyn Alecock and Fern Lox.

He is survived by : his daughters, Debby Moss (Tom) of Fort Madison, IA, Terri Mercer (Kirt) of Keosauqua, IA and Cindy Goodwin (Jeff) of Iowa City, IA; and his stepchildren, Nancy Ehrhardt (Dan) of Fort Madison, IA and Joe Bowen of Traverse, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
