She was predeceased by: her father Harry Peek; her son Babe "Benji" Forney; her parent Murl Bankson Lee (Bankson); her siblings, Jerry Crowder, Larry Peek, Peggy Coady, Sherry Vanderecken and Dixie Agan; her daughter-in-law La Von Seeley; and her close friend Clem Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Whicker, Lisa Angel (Michael), Kenneth Seeley (Amy), Charles Seeley, Sarah Collis (Jeff McClurg) and Kellen Crowder; her grandchildren, Jenny, Johnny, Christopher, Brittany, Whitney, Malisha, Zachary, Dennis, Shadara, Zaiden, Shawayla and Maysha; and her sisters, Sandra Stankee (Paul) and Carolyn Agan.
