He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard "Wimp" Watters and Audrey Watters (Spratt); his former wives, Brenda Wissler and Karen Dachenbach; his children, William Watters Jr. (Rebecca) of Oskaloosa, Eva Watters (Jeff Abhold) of Yakima, WA, Jennifer Calhoun (Riley) of Oskaloosa and Paige Spears (Jacob) of Albia, IA; and his grandchildren, Makayla Morse, Lana Watters, Leahanna Watters and Emerson Calhoun.
