He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wheeler and Emma Wheeler (Carver). He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Marshall of Fremont; his children, Julie Wheeler (Rick Middleswart) of Tracy, Susan Pickering (Thomas) of Phoenix, Jeff of Freemont and Mike Wheeler of Freemont; and his sisters, Susan Fox and Kathy Jackson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
