He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Fay and Oleta Davis (Rust); his former wife Edith Sisco; and his siblings, Connie and Lamonta.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Davis of Fruitland; his children, Oleta Davis, Courtney Curtis (Gavin) of Muscatine, Sheri Davis of Muscatine and Clayton Davis (Maria Sierra) of Muscatine; his stepdaughters, Karen Ireland (Dustin) of Hampton and Tiffany Twait (Joe Stych) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Gaige, McKenzey Curtis, Adelyn, Reice, Cason Davis, MaryJane, Dillon, Taylor Jensen, River Ireland, Layne Fox and Grayson Twait; and his siblings, Steven, Shane, Monique, Laversa, Marlee and Miela. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
