He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard McCellian, Sr. and Josephine Anderson (Pearson); his stepfather Daryl Anderson; and his brother Maynard McCellian Hearn, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Walter; his children, Eric Hearn (Kristy) of Letts, Iowa and Amy Hearn of Richland; his grandchildren, Katie McCulley (Mason), Victoria Hearn, JoAnna McKim and Austin McKim; his siblings, Deb Rotenburger (Dennis) of Fairfield, Carl Hearn (Jacqui) of Batavia and Tim Hearn (Lois) of Des Moines; and his sister-in-law Sandy Walter.
