He is survived by: his wife Cindy Musgrove of Fruitland; his daughter Amy Jo Bock of Fort Worth, Texas; his mother Betty Cozad Browning (Ted Browning) of Churdan, Iowa; his stepchildren, Chad Smith of Muscatine and Casey Smith (Jacee) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Emma and Henry Bock; his stepgrandchildren, Charlie, Parker, Drake, Harrison, Annie, Maria, Matthew and Emilo; and his siblings, Jack Cozad of Muscatine, Carolyn Hidlebaugh of Muscatine and William "Bill" Cozad (Jennifer) of Churdan.
