He is survived by: his wife Frances Tisor; his children, Jill Walter (Dewayne), John Newcomb Jr. (Kristy), Justin Newcomb, Kayleen Kight (Jake) and Shannon Wieskamp; and his siblings, Chester 'Chet Tisor, Joyce Plemmons (Jerry) and Vickie Wilhelme. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
