It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene N. Ruegnitz of Garber, Iowa, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom Ruegnitz and Alvina Ruegnitz (Waterman); his son Craig; his wife Jean; and his sister Gloria Kelso.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Domeyer (Dave); his brother Roger Ruegnitz (Jeanette); his daughter-in-law Carla Ruegnitz; his grandchildren, Chad Ruegnitz (Kelly), Christa Mohr (Ryan), Kari Tessum (Curt) and Kyle Domeyer (Holly); and his great grandchildren, Ashton Fangman, Carson Ruegnitz, Maliyah, Jameson Mohr, Elliot, Quinn Tessum and Blaire Domeyer. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
