He is survived by: his daughter Ann Payne (Mark) of Elkader; his stepsons, Lynn Moser (Christina) of Olin and Stevon Moser (Mary); his granddaughter Alicia Lenz (Jeremy); and his stepgrandchildren, Caleb Moser (Jill), Sean Moser (Ana), Charley Hicks, Naomi Smith, Scott West (Kim), Todd Moser and George Moser (Kate). He is also survived by great granddaughter, step-great grandchildren and step-great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (520 S 2nd St, Guttenberg, IA 52052). A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (27596 250th St, Garnavillo, IA 52049).
