He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Fuzzy" Swisher; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his mother Anita Swisher (Ball) of Garber; and his children, Nathan of Edgewood and Sarah (Brenda Friedley) of Ankeny. He is also survived by aunt and many cousins.
