She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Peck and Dora Peck (Wagner); and her siblings, Irene, Charlotte, Dorothy, Terry, Merle, Charles, Burdette and Beryl.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Prohaska of Garner; her children, Doug Prohaska of Liberty, MO, Kimber Johnson (Brent) of Daytona Beach, FL, Steve Prohaska (Gina) of Garner, Jim Prohaska (Lisa) of Prior Lake, MN and Larry Prohaska (Michelle) of Cedar Falls, IA; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Prohaska; her grandchildren, Christine Prohaska (Steven Cooper), Nick Prohaska (Ashley), Kaitlyn Kloser (Tyler), Lucas Prohaska (Kendal), Joseph Prohaska, Sam Prohaska, Josh Prohaska, Holly Beteta-Prohaska (Ash) and Brooke Prohaska; her great grandchildren, Carter Cooper-Prohaska, Austin Cooper, Jace Cooper-Prohaska, Alexis Cooper, Nolan Cooper-Prohaska, Collin Prohaska, Allie Prohaska, Cora Kloser and Leo Prohaska; and her sister Thelma Prohaska (Arnold) of Garner. She is also survived by two children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
