He is survived by: his children, Carrie Garr (Sidney) of Davenport and Tim Olson of Estherville; his grandchildren, Jonathon Bachman of Cedar Falls, Jessica Bachman of Omaha, Jordan Garr of Chicago, Anya Olson of Estherville and Mia Olson of Estherville; his great grandchildren, Franky Hearn, Stella Garr and Rose Garr; his sister Patty Bachman of Palm Coast, Florida; his sister-in-law Mary Bachman of Ponca, Nebraska; and his significant other Viona Sokoloski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
